Chiller sizing depends on the heat load you need to remove, which varies by site, equipment and season. Our chillers range from 5kW to multi-megawatt packages, and our team can work out the right size for your application. How long can I rent for?
We offer flexible chiller hire contracts, which can range from a week to multi-year hire and beyond depending on the type of product you wish to hire. If you get in touch with us, a member of our sales team will tailor a rental package that suits your exact needs.

Are your technicians qualified?
Absolutely. Our installation and service engineers are F-Gas and RGII certified, so every chiller we hire out is fitted and maintained to a fully compliant standard.

What temperature range can a hired chiller achieve?
Our chiller hire fleet covers a wide temperature range, from -10°C to +20°C, making them suitable for everything from process cooling and manufacturing to comfort cooling and event applications. If you have a specific temperature requirement, our team can confirm which unit is the right fit before you hire.

Do you offer a low-noise chiller option for noise-sensitive sites?
Yes, we can supply chillers with acoustic enclosures or sound-attenuated options for sites where noise is a concern, such as hospitals, residential areas or events. Let us know about any noise restrictions on site and we'll recommend a suitable low-noise unit.

How much does it cost to rent a chiller?
Chiller hire costs vary depending on the size and type of unit, how long you need it for, site access and any additional ancillary equipment required. Because every job is different, we don't publish fixed prices, get in touch with our team for a tailored quote based on your exact requirements.

Are there any up-front costs to pay?
Yes, there are. We require full payment prior to delivery if you hire a chiller on a short-term basis (up to 12 weeks). For longer-term rental contracts, we require the first month's payments plus full transport/installation costs in advance. If you are a new customer ordering for the first time on a long term contract, we require the first three (3) months' payments in full plus full transport/installation costs in advance of delivery.

What's included in a chiller hire package?
Every chiller hire package includes delivery and installation on site, along with any ancillary equipment you need — such as pumps, hoses, cabling and connections — to get the unit fully operational. Commissioning and maintenance plans, including monthly cover, are available for the duration of your hire, backed by 24/7 support if anything needs attention.

Is insurance included within a rental contract?
Yes, with our optional damage waiver insurance. This small extra charge can be taken at the hire contract stage and it will cover you against any accidental damage (beyond standard wear & tear) that might occur during the hire period. Up to a maximum of €3,000.00

Will I be supplied with brand new hire equipment?
We can’t promise brand new equipment to all customers (unless specified at quote stage), however all the hire equipment we provide is high quality, fully cleaned, repaired and tested prior to delivery.

What types of cooling equipment do you offer?
We provide chillers, AHUs, portable air conditioners, evaporative coolers, direct and indirect cooling units. Our range suits everything from small offices to large industrial sites, and from room cooling to large process cooling solutions.

Can I purchase HVAC equipment from you?
We are primarily a rental company, but we do offer a range of portable units for purchase. If you have a specific request, we can source it. Contact our sales department directly to discuss your needs and to receive a quotation.

Where can I find out the exact specifications of my equipment?
We include specification sheets for each product online and we also send these with the original quotation. If you can’t find the information you require then please speak to a member of our technical team.

I can’t find the product I wish to hire on your website. Can you help?
Our website shows our core range of rental products, but do call us if you can’t find what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to discuss your exact needs with you.

What is the procedure for logging service calls?
You will find our dedicated service number on your hire equipment. Call this number and provide us with the unit serial number and we’ll arrange for a local engineer to come and investigate the problem if it can’t be resolved over the phone.

Can you provide any advice prior to delivery of the hire equipment?
Before we deliver any equipment, please let us know if there are any obstructions that could pose a problem – e.g. parking restrictions for articulated vehicles; narrow doorways; steps, lifts or stairs etc. If you provide us with these details at the order stage, we’ll make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.
